Its OK

I have this program simply to reframe my horizontals into Instagram format. It does that well and easily. Then, I wanted a dark frame instead of a white frame around the image, so I paid extra for some frames and the darn things never downloaded or simply dont work. I tried to contact them about this and never heard a word back.
